• Formal qualifications in degree level, with an area of specialization (mentioned above).

Desirable:
• Master in the area of specialization.
• Minimum 3 years industry experience
• TAE/TAA Certificate in Vocational Education and Training.
• Former TAFE / NVQ teaching experience.
