REQUIRED MANAGER - PROPERTY & LEASING SERVICES IN KUWAIT

A leading real estate company in Kuwait is looking to hire a property and leasing manager to spearhead their property and leasing division.

The Person:

• 10+ years direct experience in the field of property and leasing with at least 4 years experience in real estate leasing and management
• Experience in the Kuwait real estate market is preferred followed by regional Arab markets
• Bilingual: Arabic .English

Key Accountabilities:

• Business Development and Reach: Excellent skills with a proven track record of establishing new business relationships exploring now channels and resources in the field of property leasing and management.
• Sales and Marketing: Excellent sales and presentation skills that ensure paramount client satisfaction in leasing and delivery of property. An out of the box thinker to market properties, which results in acquiring new customers using innovative strategies for channel sales and service.
• Key Accounts Management: Managing the existing and new customers by producing the best results out of the entire property and leasing management team.
