REQUIRED OPERATIONS MANAGER FOR ALI ABDULWAHAB SONS AND CO IN KUWAIT

The position is responsible for developing and maintaining fundamental operational systems and procedures inclusing overall management of office and operations teams. It ensures organizational effectiveness by providing leadership and implementation of organizational strategies

Essential Duties / Responsibilities:
- Manages and improves the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission - specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning
- Manages and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services provided by HR, IT, Finance through coordination and communication between support and business functions
- Contributes to short and long-term organizational planning, including initiatives geared toward operational excellence
- Oversees overall operational and financial management, planning, systems and controls with the GM - Department
- Develops and maintains annual budget with the GM - Department
- Performs on-going in-depth analysis of sales, sales agreement and promotion performance data
- Measures and reports sales & profit performance on a regular basis
- Performs other tasks as required by the GM - Department
