Job Description :

Seeking a Team Leader who will manage a team of Housekeeping and Technical staff . Having knowledge and experience in the relevant field with maintenance of MEP Services, Occupant Management and soft services

Required Profile :

The ideal candidate should be having hands-on professional experience with good knowledge of Electrical Installations such as Sub stations, MV Panel, DG, UPS maintenance, HVAC, Plumbing inculding water management. Must posses knowledge in Planned Preventive maintenance. Should be effective enough to achieve optimization in resource utilization. Should be capable of maintaining a team which generate highest quality of maintenance standards. Must posses the knowledge in Processes / SOPs / SLAs/ KRIs. Should have ability to handle the customer from the Transition stage. Follower of adequate safety precautions.

Experience : 7 - 10 years
