Required Coordinator Strategic Planning And Business Development for Al Rayan Holding Co in Kuwait

Job Purpose / Responsibilities -
Reporting to the Chairman and the CEO, the CSPBD performs responsible, professional, administrative, strategic, statistical, and other management analysis in support of management activities. In addition, this position coordinates business efforts of performance measuring in order to achieve efficiencies and effectiveness in the organization. The position occupant will be a close liaison of the Senior Management for all their Strategic Planning & Business Development needs.

Key Responsibilities -
• Coordinates the business efforts in performance measuring by analyzing efforts made so far, developing a plan to create and implement measures and workload indicators, assisting departments in the developing of these measures, and presenting periodic reports on the progress.
• Coordinates and otherwise, provides assistance in special projects. Additionally, provides special support to departments as needed.
• Responsible for updating to the strategic plan as well as the departmental plan for the Chairman Office. Additionally, facilitates sessions in departments to assist in their strategic planning efforts.
• Prepare of business plans for new projects.
• Maintain updated knowledge of rules, regulations and standards in the field.
• Develop strategies using complex research findings, generating appropriate action plans and implementing innovative programs and projects.
• Responsible for providing specialist policy advice to Chairman from a strategic management perspective.
• Conducting discussions with various concerned departments within the company to identify departmental goals and objectives
• Ensuring that the strategy and action plan comply with company’s legal and regulatory policies.
• Translate strategic and operational plans into a prioritized set of value enhancing initiatives.
• Detail each strategic initiative clearly outlining objectives, scope, approach, deliverable, benefits, risks and resource requirements.
• Develop an overall road map for delivery of the value enhancing initiatives, ensuring consistent alignment with business priorities.

Skills
Business Management degree (preferably MBA) from a recognized university.
• Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar position.
• Self-starter and a motivated individual, ability to work independently, lead business development initiatives to conclusion.
• Proven ability to build new relationships and to lead projects to completion.
• Strong communication skills both internally and externally.
• Extensive experience of Analysis and Strategic Planning within similar industry is a plus.
• Knowledge of local & regional market.
Excellent presentation skills with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS office applications; Excel, Outlook, Word, Power Point…etc.
• English fluency is a must.
• Good working knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
