Required Training / Learning Consultant in Kuwait

Duties include but not limited to:
• Set training programs according to the competencies / TNA required by clients.
• Provide learning solutions to clients.
• Client management to conduct needs evaluation.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the learning solutions by deploying measurement and feedback tools that track outcomes and ensure alignment to business objectives.
• Coordinate with Business Development Manager and Support team on solution delivery.
Excellent communication, presentation and client management skills.
• Prior knowledge to plan professional learning programs.
• Experience in HR and/or training departments.
• Flexible personality willing to learn and work on multiple tasks.
• Should be goal oriented and achieve targets.
• Internet savvy.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is a must.
