Job Responsibilities:
• Answer inbound calls and assist customers with their queries
• Ensure all standard telephone etiquette are always maintained & provide personalized customer service of the highest level
• Should strictly follow operational procedures and provide customers with complete service solutions to maximize Customer Satisfaction
• Follow up with the vendors for tracking order deliveries, special & general requests etc.
