Required Head of Trade Services - Gulf International Bank - Saudi Arabia


Control, identify and supervise over all Section's activities and services.

Review Import L/C's & L/G's applications and Export L/C's texts' terms and conditions.

Implement GIBMAN Policy and Procedures in addition to Saudi Arabian Rules and Regulations.

Authorize all daily transactions, indemnifying risk and quality/correctness of the process.

Ensure that commissions and fees due to the Bank are collected and recorded correctly, consistent follow /up of the overdue commissions are maintained.

Release all outgoing swifts/telexes related to L/C's & L/G's issuance, commitments and payments.

Maintain a very good relationship with all Correspondent Banks.

Follow up the Monthly Proofs and SAMA Reports to be submitted on the stipulated date.

Ensure high quality of service delivery to the customers to meet with their expectations.

Ensure to stable healthy environment of work, good attitude and manners, communication, team work spirit and cooperation inside and with outside other departments.

Ensure that Staff Job Descriptions and Objectives are established and closely monitored.

To participate in the development of Operations strategy and execute according to the Management's guidelines.

Ensure to maintain satisfactory audit rating.

 Any other task/project assigned by the Division Head.
