Maintain the records for KRH’s budget for each financial year.
Examines budget estimates and proposals for completeness; accuracy; and conformance with established procedures, regulations, and organizational objectives.
Consolidates individual departmental budgets into operating and capital budget summaries.
Helps the Finance manager in analyzing the proposed plan and devise possible alternatives if the projected results are unsatisfactory.
Periodically monitor the budget by reviewing reports and accounting records to determine if allocated funds have been spent as specified.
Writes reports on the variations and provides recommendations on revised procedures.
To avoid or alleviate deficits, he/she may recommend program cuts or a reallocation of excess funds
Examine and do the corrections in the budget estimates of the organization.
May also be involved in long-range financial planning for KRH along with the financial manager.
Maintain standards of safety and comply with Company’s Health, Safety policy
Proficient in Microsoft office tools.
High level of verbal and written communication skills (English essential, Arabic is an added asset).
