- To handle overall contract’s procedures and requirements including documents and invoices.
- To handle all Management issues related to the contract and the contract stuff.
2- PR Supervisor
10 years of Experience, Bachel

- To supervise and organize activities of internal communication and employee relations and implementation of the company plans and programs intended to improve work atmosphere, through a better communication system between the company management and the department employees. Promotes and organizes events intended to enhance the employee’s welfare and recreation needs and coordinate with private companies.
- To handle the internal communication Division in various company facilities during working hours and more.
3- PR Officer
5 years of Experience, Bachelor Degree in Media or Mass Communications or similar Diploma, Bilingual.
- To carry the activities related to functions, Farwell parties, recreational, sports and social activities at company facilities or other outside locations.
- To handle the internal communication Division in various company facilities during working hours and more.
- Follow up with production
- Arrange fright handling
- Contact with the organizer for the design approval, contractor badges, visas of the team etc.
- Responsible for the stand build up, dismantling and disposing/loading.
- On site during the event for the follow up
4- Interior Events Decoration Creative
10 years of experience, Bachelor in interior Designs or art, Bilingual
- To design, provide and implement events overall themes, design and requirement
- Previous experience with events management industry.
5- Graphic Themes Designer
5 years of experience, Bachelor in interior Designs or art, Bilingual
- Responsible of designing all graphics, circulars, invitations and other publications required.
6- Customer Service Officer
3 years of Experience, Diploma Degree in related field, Bilingual and ICDL
- To carry out the department help desk Responsibilities.
- To handle internal communications forms of subscriptions.
7- Messenger
Should have a car with a valid Kuwaiti driving license
