Required Data Entry Clerk - Ali Abdulwahab Al Mutawa Commercial in Kuwait

Serves as the main receiver and encoder of data into the computer system or tracking database according to established procedures. It also files correspondences, cards, invoices, receipts and other records in alphabetical or numerical order according to the filing system. I t also locates and removes materials from the file when requested.

- Min. 2 yrs. administrative and office mgt. experience/ Highly proficient in MS Excel
- Bilingual - English/Arabic / Spoken & Written
- Male not older than 30 y/0

 Responsibilities:
- Ensures accuracy correctness and maintenance of all the data recorded (pick slips, etc.)
- Sets-up and prepares reports, letters, mailing labels, filing labels and other text materials
- Keeps track of received data and source documents ensuring to update new materials in file records and/or creates new record if necessary
- Prepares and sorts source documents and identifies and interprets data to be entered
- Coordinates with the original source of the data/documents to resolve questions, discrepancies or missing data and makes necessary corrections
- Finds and retrieves information from files in response to requests of authorized persons
- Keeps records and tracks of materials removed using logbooks or computer system
- Places materials into storage receptacles such as file cabinets, boxes and performs periodic inspections to ensure correct placement, legibility and classification of information/personnel records
- Maintains confidentiality in accordance with the Department Policies and Procedures
- Suggests improvement of data entry and filing system
- Performs general office duties such as typing, answering telephones, operating office machines and sorting mails
- Prepares monthly data report - archived personnel files / completed personnel data files.
