Requires Brand Training Manager - KidZania - M.H. Alshaya in Kuwait

Delivering training and driving a consistently high standard of knowledge and understanding throughout our park teams to support the brand’s specific needs and edutainment direction.

Skills / Experience:
    Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
    Previous work experience with a Kid friendly environment is an advantage.
    Excellent communication and presentation skills (spoken and written).
    Excellent written and verbal English skills, Arabic language would be an advantage. 
    Knowledge of using MS office applications (Office word, power point, and excel)
    Dealing with people in a manner which shows sensitivity, tact, and professionalism.
    A vibrant, positive and flexible personality and are able to work with people of different cultures.

 Responsibilities:
    Creating Training Material specific to KidZania Concept, i.e.: Dealing with children, etc…
    Delivering periodical training and coordinating trainees, dates, venues, and all  the logistics involved with the Operations Manager.
    Delivering training to new staff on the KidZania concept.
    Maintaining trackers/records of training sessions received by trainees.
    Monitoring evaluation of training and reviewing material where needed.
    Maintaining training budget.
