To work as an individual and as a team member, fully follow all operating
procedures, and provide customers with complete service and an enjoyable shopping
experience to maximise sales, ensuring that the brand is
represented to required standards, and that stock loss risks are absolutely
minimised.
Skills & Experience:
Retail experience preferred, but freshers are welcome to apply.
Fluency in spoken english is a must.
Passionate about providing customer service
Minimum school certificate.
Ability to demonstrate an aptitude for positive, upbeat communication and a desire to sell.
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent Customer Service
Advise customers on Best Buys
Be able to turn customer service into sales.
Actively seek to maintain and improve store retail standards on selling floor, service areas.
