Required Executive Chef - Al Manar Food, Kuwait

Effectively manage the central kitchen operations to achieve the highest standards of food services production and quality. Train and manage kitchen personnel and supervise all related culinary activities; estimate food consumption and requisition or purchase food; select and develop recipes; standardize production recipes to ensure consistent quality; establish presentation technique and quality standards, plan and price menus; ensure proper equipment operation/maintenance; and ensure proper safety and sanitation in the central kitchen.

Requirements:
• 8 year experience In the same role and well experience of catering functions.
• A highly motivated leader, able to demonstrate strong organizational and management skills
• A passion for high quality food and food Service Experience of sourcing and purchasing co*t effective supplies
