Required Senior Specialist Training - Al Sayer Group

Bachelor degree with 5 - 10 years of training experience
English and Arabic is a must
Excellent interpersonal skills
• Conduct training needs analysis for the Al-Sayer Group employees based on performance appraisal results, on the job observations, new business requirements and the competency framework of Al-Sayer Group.
• Develop the training plans and training calendar with training budgets and secure management for approval.
• Design, develop and source training material such as training handbooks, multimedia visual aids, videos, computer tutorials, presentations, articles, assessment tests, role play, case study, quizzes, etc…
• Design and develop knowledge management solutions in order to provide the Al-Sayer Group employees with career development and learning and growth opportunities and ensure continuity of the business.
• Monitor training results, follow up on implementation, and measure efficiency of training; coach and assist employees with problems concerning how to perform specific tasks and duties and implementation of new processes.
• Make suggestions for improving work processes and update training material and training methodologies accordingly.
• Conduct assessment tests for employees and applicants in order to determine appropriate level of training, applicants’ level of competence, employee promotions, etc…
Conduct training to Al-Sayer Group employees, collect feedback in order to identify areas for improvement in training activities and develop solutions accordingly.
• Identify external training sources, conduct pre and post training assessment and recommend external training partners accordingly.
• Develop the training planner for fast tack talents and succession planning and ensure implementation and adherence of staff.
• Report on training activities to management, identify gaps in implementation of training plans and recommend alternative solutions.
