Minimum Requirements:
• English proficiency • Knowledge in Microsoft office [Word, Excel, Outlook] • Flexible schedule with the ability to work evening shifts • computer skills • Excellent Customer Service Skills


Job Responsibilities:
Job duties include but not limited to: • Communicate clearly and effectively with customers. • Alleviate any customer issues or complaints • Assist customers with shipment retrieval; cash handling • Explain Aramex as well as Shop and Ship services and products.
