Required Officer Counter Sales - Al Sayer Group

1. Receive customers and solicit their requirements.
2. Obtain confirmation from the customers, key into the computer system and raise invoice for the required tires/lubricants.
3. Coordinate with the inventory section to notify request of non available tires lubricants.
4. Maintain product display.
5. Coordinate with MNSS garages for OE/Replacement warranty cases.
6. Meet monthly and annual targets.
7. Coordinate warranty tire inspection/settlement.
8. Store items in locations and ensure allocated stores area is maintained in accordance with housekeeping requirements and corporate standards.
9. Deliver items to the customers as per delivery order or sales invoices.
10. Ensure stock rotation using First in-First out system to avoid compromising shelf life constraints.
11. Ensure timely delivery of items to the customers.
12. Ensure completion, approval, distribution and filing of records as specified.
