Required Kitchen Manager - Cheesecake Factory - M.H. Alshaya

As a Kitchen Manager (KM) you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and running the shift of an assigned work group within the kitchen.  The work group typically consists of 10 to 15 Prep Cooks and/or Line Cooks. You will also have contributory financial responsibility for food costs, labor cots and kitchen supplies.

Experience:
    Typically requires 1-3 years' of kitchen experience in a full service, moderate to high volume restaurant, preferably with at least one year in a supervisory or managerial role
    Solid track record of success in previous assignments demonstrating upward career tracking
    Strong communication skills
    Strong leadership skills
    Culinary school background a plus
