We are seeking for Production Manager with a demonstrated experience in Planning, Scheduling, and overseeing all production activities.
Production Manager will be involved in day today production activities, supervises and supports the staff.
In addition to it he will also perform other essential functions to ensure overall customer satisfaction and quality service.
Qualification:
Relevant Experience : Minimum of 10 years with FMCG and Manufacturing Industry.
Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.
Specialized Experience : 5 years FMCG/ Dairy products.
Preferred Language : English
Job duties include but are not limited to:
• Manages daily shift production.
• Controls and effectively uses production capacity.
• Plans and schedules the production to minimize losses.
• Prepare annual/periodic production plan/budget based on sales projections and inputs.
• Coordinate with a procurement department for timely procurement of raw materials.
• Prepare production plans/schedules and related documents.
• Suggest/implement new production processes.
• Directs the supervisors of the section to sustain and continuously improve the efficiencies.
• Provides expert support when needed to resolve the product technical issues in the section.
• Ensures that the yield and efficiencies of the section meet agreed standards.
• Enforces the compliance to company’s established quality standards.
• Languages: Fluency in speaking & writing English
• Ability to effectively communicate across the department.
• Should be Result oriented & convincing.
• Ability to learn and remain calm and focused under pressure.
• Excellent Team player.
• Should be self-driven and result oriented.
• Ability to act prudent under pressure.
• IT skills with MS office Suit.
• Knowledge of Oracle will be an advantage.
