The Real Estate Manager is accountable for the new store opening plan,
negotiating and renegotiating leases, initiating and maintaining key
contracts, site selection and budgets and always strives to secure the
most prominent space in malls and street locations wherever possible.
Qualifications & Requirements:
A relevant professional qualification (Chartered Surveyor or similar).
A minimum of 10 years' experience in property management /negotiation/renegotiation.
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in property management specific to retail.
Legal training (desirable).
