• Excellent organizing and planning skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office.
• Hold daily sales meetings with the sales staff, and encourage them.
• Supervise/ Teach/ Coach/ Mentor the sales activities and salespeople.
• Put the business plan for the next year as set the target for the month.
• Clear leads, transfer unnerved accounts, and organize the sales execution.
• Help solve sales problems and customers problems.
• Monitor the reaction to the ads by coordinating with the pre-sales front desk personnel.
• Organize contests for the sales.
• Attend management meeting.
• Make interview for new sales recruits and put a training plan.
• Update the Executive Manager of any critical incidents; come up with suggestions and recommendation to improve the sales.
• Supervise the media plan execution in coordination with the marketing unit.
• Co-ordinate with marketing and PD for creation of new products.
• Participate in the exhibition the company holds.
• Give training for other sales force teams.
