Required Operations Manager - Nazih Group

The Operations Manager is responsible for all operational functions related to his dedicated territory in coordination with Admin., IT, HR, Inventory, Purchase and Sales Managers to facilitate his department’s needs, and provide a support function for the said Depts.Operations Manager’s role is to ensure all needed purchases are approved by himself and then sent to management for approval prior to any action by Admin. Dept.Operations Manager is responsible to ensure the smooth functioning of all support services of the company i.e.. Admin, HR, Logistics, IT, Legal in his territory, thereby to contribute to higher efficiency and effectiveness of our team work, communication, controls and sales work flow.

Skills Required:
    BA in Management or equivalent
    Masters Degree is a plus
    Managerial Skills

    Commercial Awareness
    Planning and Organizing
    Time Management
    Leadership Skills

Qualification:    
BA in Management or equivalent
