Required Superviser - Gap - Al Tayer Group LLC

The ideal candidate will be a passionate and enthusiastic individual who wants to lead a team to be successful.   A keen interest in fashion and trends is preferred and you should be able to recommend our products to our Customers. You should be able to communicate with colleagues, Managers and Customers alike.  An excellent command of the English language is essential. An Arabic speaker would be an advantage.

You should be well groomed and have excellent Customer Service skills.

Experience:
You should be able to show your experience in achieving excellent standards of customer service in the department by directing and coaching the sales team, and leading by example on the shop floor. This will include experience in motivation, training and managing poor performance of staff and products.
Ideally you will have a background in analysing sales data and making commercially based decisions.
A Customer service background is essential and you should be able to give examples of when you have dealt with Customer complaints effectively.
An understanding of Visual merchandising would be beneficial. 
You should have experience in managing stockloss and reducing shrinkage in store and be able to give examples of when you have done this in previous positions

Responsibilities:
We are looking for a passionate Superviser to join our GAP store in the 360 Mall in Kuwait.  Working with our store team you will be responsible for excellent customer service  through effectively managing the department team.  Your responsibility will also be controlling and monitoring department operations.  This will include merchandising and stock control in order to achieve the department target.
