Business Development Manager – PACE - Gulf University for Science / Technology

• Plan and implement Action Plans to Achieve both Short Term (Annual) Objectives and long term goals
• Create and implement standards for training development, delivery and measurements;
• Manage and develop the sales team and assist with the development of trainers;
• Manage Training Delivery and operations
• Maintains good relations with key customers and supports sales with all necessary negotiations
• Resolve customer complaints regarding training delivery
• Manage achievement of the budget, sales and profit targets
Recruit, train, coach and motivate the employees for his area in coordination with HR
• Help solve sales problems and customers problems.
• Attend management meeting.
• Update the Executive Management of any critical incidents; come up with suggestions and recommendation to improve the sales.
• Supervise the media and marketing plan execution in coordination with the marketing unit.
• Excellent Bi-lingual communication skills (written and spoken).
• Excellent interpersonal skills: focuses on solving conflict, maintains confidentiality.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Excellent organizing and planning skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office.
• Knowledge of CRM systems .
