RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitors and releases all online maintenance requests to concerned Supervisor/In-charge, in order to disperse tasks among staff.
Answers all incoming calls, indicated as emergency work requests, and registers all such requests in the system.
Enters all the PPM schedules, generates work orders and submits to concerned Supervisor/In-charge for work assignment.
Handles relocation of Hospital assets in the system; monitors and enters such repositioning/changes.
Enters the status/stages, of all the work requests received, in the system.
Implements and maintains the CMMS structure to meet the needs of the Department
Provides highest quality execution of the use of all CMMS maintenance modules.
Maintains accuracy and validity of the data entered into the CMMS
Ensures that all documentation is maintained in line with set standards.
Tracks all parts/material issued or removed from stock to maintain inventory levels and correctly identifies and records associated financial information.
Conducts periodic inventories and audits of usage in compliance with documentation procedures and requirements, according to standards where applicable.
Ensures that the CMMS system is available when it is required for operational purposes.
Provides information for regular management reports
Participates in educational programs and attends meetings as required.
Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
