Senior Supervisor / Tender - Medical Division - Al Sayer Group

 Educational Qualifications:
• Primary: Bachelor degree (12th Standard + 3 years or 4 years degree) or equivalent with 4 years of experience.
• Alternate: Diploma in Administration (12th Standard + 2 or 3 years Diploma) or equivalent and 6 years of additional managerial experience
• Linguistic Abilities: English and Arabic is a must.

A Senior Supervisor Tender, supervises tender functions for fleet sales of medical equipment by performing the following duties:

• Collect requests for quotation (RFQ) received by fax, phone calls, e-mails, announced in newspapers and Kuwait GAZETTE against tenders announced in key customer’s website.
• Check tender requests for proposal and generate summary document defining the requirements in a concise and logical manner.
• Check quotation for customer details, price, quantity, specifications, delivery date, and warranty and submit to GM Medical Division for approval.
• Coordinate with Medical Division’s principal to ensure delivery of the order to customers on time.
• Coordinate with the respective section sales manager to prepare the price analysis sheet for each tender and to get the GM approval.
• Ensure submittal of Division offers against each tender in the exact date of closing as per MOH/Customer’s tender regulation.
• Establish and administer SharePoint site (SPS) for each tender, includes developing master folder and subfolder structure including all related documents Request for Proposal (RFP)/request for quotation (RFQ), original offers from principals, calculation sheet with the agreed profit percentage signed by the respective sales manager & GM.
• Follow up with customers for clarification of unclear, ambiguous and unusual items.
• Prepare monthly report for tender’s closing and submit to Managers Sales and GM for review.
• Follow up and Collect statement of offers for each tender once announced and report it to the respective section sales Manager and GM to ensure close monitoring and proactive corrective actions to maximize the division chance for wining tenders.
• Maintain a solid tender data base system by register the last award price for each product, which serving the Medical division and principals in future pricing strategy.
• Coordinate with logistics once receive the notification of award and shift the related file to logistics unit to start the ordering process as per the related delivery schedule.
• Ensure filing of documents.
• Performs other duties as assigned
