You will provide leadership and direction to brand managers and support functions for all aspects of business planning, brand management and merchandising for you your division and be accountable for merchandising
planning, OTB, forward planning, stock management and maximising the
sales and profit contribution. You will also coach, develop and mentor a
team of senior merchandisers.
You will have/be:
At least 3 years' experience in a senior role, ideally in a PLC or successful private company.
Retail merchandising experience.
Educated to degree level.
Excellent numerical, analytical, networking and communication skills.
Energetic, enthusiastic and creative.
