Responsible for evaluating incoming goods, work in progress and finished products to Achieve KIMMCO quality assurance system requirements.
# Testing of raw materials , Binder chemicals & adhesives as per following: (a) In-house testing- Within 5 working days after receipt by the stores in 100% cases (b) External testing - Within 30 days after receipt by the stores in 90% cases # Perform type tests such as thermal conductivity, odor emission test, compression resistance test etc. and report the results twice in a week. # Complete resin analysis and report the results by same working day in 100% cases. # Perform in internal audits and 5S audits as and when required # Prepare QA monthly presentation for Management Meeting
• Science graduate / diploma holder • Experience in QC lab. required • Basic computer knowledge for office jobs (MS-Excel , MS Word ... )
