• Actively manage the work across multiple agency teams - willing and able to roll up sleeves and dive in if necessary
• Proven success developing relationships with results-oriented, executive-level marketers looking to redefine how they go to market
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to engage with clients in real-time to problem solve, make recommendations and sell through new ideas
• Partner and counselor to creative teams (digital and traditional) to help them develop better work
• Working long hours, sometimes over week ends, will live and breathe the job
