Educational Qualifications:
Primary: Bachelors degree in Engineering with 12 years experience.
Alternate: Diploma in automobile with 14 years experience.
Linguistic Abilities: English is a must. Arabic is an advantage

An Assistant Manager PDI ensures delivery of Zero Error vehicles for both external and internal Customers. Responsibilities include:
• Oversee working of PDI section on day to day basis to ensure delivery of zero error vehicles to customers.
• Set clearly defined quality standards and monitor compliance to ensure delivery of Zero Error Free vehicles to the customers.
• Oversee servicing of pre delivered vehicles for fitment of accessories and paint booth activities.
• Ensure compliance of PDI employees to the prescribed security & safety standards.
• Plan and organize training for PDI employees with regard to technical changes or innovations in the systems as instructed by TMC, Japan.
• Review warranty claims for pre delivery vehicles and serviced vehicles for details such as mileage, technical faults, delivery date etc to facilitate claims processing.
• Design and implement appropriate workflow system after mapping the various PDI processes.
• Schedule the working hours of PDI employees and arrange vehicle inspection on daily basis.
• Examine inventory levels of PDI in co-ordination with the Warehouse and PDI Manager and recommend necessary changes to maintain the inventory levels.
• Monitor maintenance of accurate PDI records, documentation and reports pertaining to pre-delivery inspections, technical errors, warranty claims, employee performance etc.
• Set clearly defined quality standards and monitor compliance to ensure delivery of Zero Error Free vehicles to the customers.
• Formulate and maintain documentation procedures to retain manufacturer and customer records and preparation of relevant warranty claims reports.
