Audit Manager - Baker Tilly


Qualification
    Holds Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent.
    Holds CPA or CMA or equivalent

Experience
    10 years of relevant experience, with minimum 5 years in audit field.

Skills
    High competence with communication and leadership skills.
    Proficiency in computer use, including: Microsoft Office.
    Proficiency in using computer-aided audit tools.
    Ability to do analysis and reach conclusions.
    Fluency in both Arabic and English (reading, writing, and speaking).

Responsibilities
    Conducting meetings with clients throughout the audit and assurance assignments.
    Preparing proposals and contracts relating to assurance and audit services.
    Preparation and completion of the clients’ engaged assignments.
    Managing and driving audit customers portfolio in compliance with regulatory guidelines, and setting standards with monthly reporting.
    Managing and encouraging team members in order to achieve department objectives.
