Digital and Communications Manager - British Council

To directly contribute to growing British Council business areas and building positive perceptions of the British Council and the UK. To do this by leading on insight and research, feeding into product design, brand management, promoting British Council products and services to potential and current customers and clients and by contributing to building long-term relationships with all major stakeholders and target groups. To develop the country’s digital and Social Media strategy and plan according to the Regional digital strategy and the global brand guidelines and corporate plan.

Essential Skilss and Knowledge
    Marketing and Customer Services 
    Excellent communications skills in English and Arabic, both written and oral
    Managing successful online and offline PR campaigns

Essential Experience
    At least two years’ experience in a similar role
    Proven success in application of social media management and planning for business use.
    Knowledge of the digital commercial channels include proven experience in website management and Digital Analytics
