Marketing Administrator - Azadea Group

The Marketing Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support to the Marketing team in addition to handling general research, clerical and project based work.

Technical Degree in Administration or similar; Bachelor’s Degree is a plus
0-2 years of experience in an administrative/secretarial function
Proficiency in MS Office
Fluency in English; Arabic is a Plus
Handle sms and sales campaigns ensuring stores are properly equipped for the announced sales.
Guarantee proper and timely implementation of marketing activities by coordinating with concerned parties.
Organize meetings/conferences and coordinate employees' travel arrangements.
Monitor the expenses of the Marketing Department versus allocated budgets.
Perform other ditties as assigned and required by the manager including but not limited to meeting with suppliers and following up on E-Marketing/ Internet marketing tasks.
Perform general administrative tasks as needed such as photocopying, faxing, mailing, labeling, filing (hard and soft copies), database entry and other.
