Marketing Coordinator - Al Yasra Fashion

Customer Satisfaction:
1. Brief operations and brand team of the planned activities and advertisements.
2. Deal with host brand in efficiency and honest timely manner.
3. Track the store team feedback and assure the follow up with time frame in proper format.

• Customers Database:
1. Ensure accuracy and relevance, easiness of customers’ data capturing and update all contact points levels.
2. Assure the capturing of prospects data through inbound calls, CRM activities, online and social media.
3. Handle SMS application and ensure the smoothness of sending and tracking SMS (balance, customer groups, submitting in decent time to avoid system failures etc.)

• Marketing:
1. Arrange with buying team for marketing campaigns such as newspapers and magazines advertisements.
2. Gather data on competitors and analyze their method of marketing and distribution.
3. Edit promotional literature and market research.
4. Execute marketing plan and coordinate with the operations team.
5. Arrange new products launch and special events.
