Skills & Experience you need:
    Advanced Microsoft packages.
    Exercises complete confidentiality and diplomacy.
    Uses initiative, self-motivated, confident and has a professional telephone manner.
    Ability to cope under pressure, manage unpredictable workloads and handle sensitive enquiries.
    A good team player who can work autonomously.
    Minimum of three years in a senior secretarial role in multi-functional business where experience has been gained in all aspects of secretarial work.
    Arabic knowledge is an advantage (written and verbal)

Under the general direction of the General Manager or delegate, and within the limits of established InterContinental Hotels Group and local hotel policies & procedures, directs all aspects of secretarial work in the hotel, maintains the executive office to IHG Presentation standards and maintains all matters relating to executive administration in a confidential, professional manner. Promotes the desired work culture around “Our Winning Ways”.
