• Business and Visas Arrangements:
Head Office Staff Business Trips
1. Receive and process all requests related to business visas.
2. Complete the necessary documentation (Company sponsorship letter, ticket and hotel bookings for visa purpose).
3. Finalize all business trips arrangements in terms of flight tickets and hotels booking along with doing the required communication.

Guests Business Trips
1. Coordinate guests’ visits for entry visit visas and hotel bookings.
2. Arrange shuttle transport with back office support to airport, accommodation and offices.
3. Finalize all business visit trips arrangement in terms of necessary trip arrangements.

Buying Team Business Trips
1. Finalize shops managers buying trips arrangements such as Schengen visas, air tickets and hotel confirmations.
2. Manage the buying calendar with suppliers.

• Meetings and Office Work:
1. Facilitate in-house meeting room arrangements (receive reservation requests and cater all essential devices and requirements).
2. Transfer all international calls required to all requesters.

• Correspondence:
1. Compose and distribute routine correspondences such as letters, memos and other documents; internally and externally.
2. Business/personal correspondence and appointments for Executive.
3. Distribute incoming daily mails/posts for Executives.
4. Set up and maintain updated filing system for records.
5. Design administrative forms with departments for related areas.
