Accountabilities:
• Preparation and creative development of Different types of Desserts, breads and confectionery items. Hands on finishing and decorating fresh cream, butter cream and chocolate coated product. Assist high care section and product preparation, ensuring the standard and quality of Pastry and Bakery Section.

Key Tasks
• Accept overall responsibility for the production and preparation of the New Product once Implemented.
• Production of all types of Birthday Cakes, Cold set cakes and Bake cakes according to order and production plan.
• Assisting in the preparation of Pastry & bakery new products development and cooperating with the NPD Chef.
• Keep high quality of bakery products to improving according to fixed standard.
• Implementing the continuity of applying hygienic standards in the production area and equipments in clean and sanitary conditions according to GMP “Good Manufacturing practices as per technical dept.
• Reduce the waste to the minimal levels which will affect directly the yield and
efficiency.
• Personnel discipline to maintain a positive and healthy working environment according to the company policy.
• Reports to Asst. Manager any issue preparing to production which helps to take
necessary actions for the production development.
• Attend to your duties at time specified by your manager or dictated by work levels.
• Ensure that the current company systems and procedures are followed.
• Ensure that you meet with your line managers on a regular basis to discuss any issues
• Ensure that you maintain a clean and presentable work area at all times
• Inform your line manager of any holiday or leave requests that you may have.
• Agree to carry out any reasonable request by the your Asst. Manager, Production Manager or General Manager
• Ensure you contribute to efficient rates of productivity within your areas.
• Continually review the operations in your area to determine opportunities for cost savings and increased efficiency.
