Director Sales Operations - Wataniya Telecom

Qualifications:
    Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing or a related discipline from a recognised tertiary institution.
    14+ years management experience.
    Strong knowledge of local market conditions and strong networking potential to target market/customers.
    Excellent presentation skills.
    Project management experience.
    Strong employee management and experience coaching a large team.
    Fluent verbal/written communication in both Arabic and English.
    Ability to operate in a diverse multicultural, multinational work environment, exhibiting appropriate sensitivities.

Responsible for overall management and development of general Sales Operations Services and Shared Support Services for the Sales division to ensure consistency of performance and to assist in maximising profitability.

Key Accountabilities and Activities:
    Oversee Sales Support services including areas of measurement, sales applications, training, sales collateral and product development support.
    Participate in developing long-range goals and objectives in collaboration with other operating units.
    Make key contributions to the development of supportive policies, contract templates and partnerships.
    Identify and review critical measurement indicators for analysis of activities, operations, achievements and forecast data and define objectives to determine / measure sales channel progress towards stated goals and objectives.
    Manage a product management process that designs, creates, tests and deploy support products in line with the Wataniya Telecom strategy roadmap.
    Provide pre sales and post sales product support to achieve projected sales.
    Classify and price MSISDN according to Wataniya Telecom policy.
    Forecast the MSISDN requirements and benchmark against competition, and provide intelligent analysis on number availability for management.
    Allocate Sales Operations resources to different channels according to business needs.
    Own and manage strategic and cross functional Sales projects to achieve objectives.
    Contribute data and opinions on designing Sales Promotions, assist in monitoring current promotions and provide post-promotion audit analysis to assist in improving future promotions.
