Operations Specialist - Honeywell

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree. In lieu of formal education 8 years of related experience may substitute. Applicable specialized military experience can be used in lieu of formal post high-school education on a one year for one year basis.

Collects and analyzes data to evaluate operational difficulties and makes recommendations to solve problems. Follows established modeling and evaluation processes to determine the effectiveness of current operational activities to determine problem areas and develop solutions. Typically reports to a supervisor. Performs a variety of tasks as required.

Duties and Responsibilities
    Transports and escorts personnel and equipment via a variety of transportation modes to and from the EOC, within secured locations and other locations as directed.
    Compiles, coordinates, and distributes situation reports (SITREPs) and related documents.
    Attends meetings, then provides detailed summaries on same to EOC management and workforce.
    Responds to and tracks a wide variety of recurring and non-recurring tasking(s) and queries from lateral and higher headquarters, including researching status, then responding to specific questions on requested or unanticipated supply and/or equipment requirements.
    Provides status on AFSB-Iraq support previously coordinated, and contributes to detailed plans or task orders for ongoing or near-term operations.
    Maintains and sustains CONOPS databases and provides general ADP support.
    Responds to and supports other requirements as needed based on AFSB-I and AFSB-SWA support requirements including support to the S3 office for the collection of data, maintaining files, providing communications support, driving requirements and general support to travelers who require assistance with transportation and or movement.
