Associate Priority Banking Manager - Gulf Bank

Accountabilities:
•Business development:

◦Obtain referrals from corporate, consumer and other sources
◦Develop and implement approaches to these potential clients
◦Develop GB's presence in the market
◦Ensure new business opportunities are maximised Sales
•Sales Management:
◦Deliver sales of products and services
◦Meet individual or team sales targets
◦Ensure right products are sold to right customers
•Customer Management:
◦Manage and communicate with designated clients to ensure they receive the appropriate customer service and their issues are addressed fully and promptly.
•Reports:
◦Report on client particulars and activity
 Recommend resolution of client issues and closures
•Corporate governance & compliance
 Work fully within:
◦risk policies and procedures
◦all compliance regulations

Education/Knowledge/Experience/Skills:
•Education / Qualifications:
◦Bachelor’s Degree in Banking/ Management/Finance
•Knowledge:
◦Good knowledge of portfolio management and local market
•Experience:
◦1 – 3 years in Banking with minimum 1 years in Wealth management
•Generic & Specific Skills:
◦Excellent Communication
◦Analytical Thinking
◦Risk Management
◦Bilingual in Arabic & English
◦Proficient in IT (MS Office & Banking software)
