- To think creatively and present innovative solutions / marketing strategies.
- To possess a thorough understanding of branding and brand identity.
- To have an understanding of international trends but also highly attune to local and regional culture.
- To develop marketing plans, launch plans and annual operating plans.
- To evaluate customer research, market conditions, and competitor data and implement marketing plan alterations as needed.
- To develop weekly and monthly sales brand analysis.
- To demonstrate technical marketing skills and company product knowledge

- Assist in training program for Restaurant team
