Sales Coordinator - Nazih Group


Job Description:
Responsibilities
-          Maintain regular contact with clients to identify their requirements and provide the Wholesale manager with suitable proposal.
-          Keep customers informed of the progress of their orders and ensure that they are notified of any possible delays through the sales Rep..
-          Maintain customers stock level to ensure that demand can be met within agreed notice period.
-          Arrange (or follow up) stocks deliveries to customers to ensure that the right goods are received on the right date and  pass the information to the sales Rep in order to inform the customer .
-          Maintain accurate and up-to-date stock and delivery records.
-          Provide customers with information requested by them about stock and orders through sales Rep.
-          Maintain good relations with customers to ensure that the company remains as preferred supplier.
-          Keeps updated copies of the receivables aging report to coordinate with sales on the collections.
-          Issues all analyses reports to the sales manager.
-          Prepare the liquidation list on monthly basis, attain the manager’s approval and share with the sales team.
-          Prepare new product presentation and share with the sales team and customers.
Skills Required:
Minimum Knowledge & Experience
Education

·         Technical degree
·         Fluent in English
Experience 6 months experience is sales administration
Competencies
·         Excellent telephone communication skills.
·         Good interpersonal skills.
·         Highly organized.
·         Thorough knowledge of company products.
·         An awareness of ordering and distribution problems.
