Executive Market Research - Al Sayer Group

 An Executive, Market Researcher analyzes market information based on periodical surveys and research projects.
Some of the responsibilities include:
• Conduct basic analysis of the surveys and research projects on SPSS software
• Prepare survey and research projects summary presentations of CSI and consumer behavior surveys.
• Prepare and edit Customer Satisfaction Index or Consumer Behavior questionnaires in co-ordination with the Deputy Manager, Market Research
• Evaluate performance of telemarketers and follow up with the IT department for transfer the data of research projects collected by telemarketers from internal data collection application into SPSS
• Prepare and maintain the attendance sheet of Telemarketers.
• Prepare irregular surveys reports and submit to the Deputy Manager, Market Research for review
