Facilitate the securing of various Government and municipal authority permissions and licences needed for effective Wataniya Telecom operations. Establishes and utilises effective working relationships with appropriate level personnel in relevant Government ministries and local government authorities to facilitate the application, consideration and ultimate issue of licences for the site of towers.
