To start immediately in Hawally-Kuwait:
Minimum 5 years experience as chef de partie or bakery in charge.
To be in charge of preparing and mixing the recipes and fillings for a fatayer menu.
Full knowledge of preparing fatayer and pizza filling recipes such as: Spinach, Lahem Baajin, Cheese, etc..
Should be familiar with cold and hot kitchen preparations.
Should be familiar with Pizza preparations.
Preferably English and Arabic speaking.
