A person with Medical Background Physician, Pharmacist, Nurse, LAB staff, Radiographer & IT background.
Familiar with different Medical Terminology as Specialties, Disease, Medication, procedures
Worked on HIS Hospital Information System before or in health care field
Preferable if Familiar with below mentioned concepts:
o EMR “Enterprise Medical Record”
o RIS “Radiology Information System”
o LIS “ Laboratory Information System
o PACS “Picture Archiving Central System.
o HL7 as interface languages between different medical equipment.
Expert in using windows OS & Office
candidate will be expected to participate actively in the system maintenance and support
need to work closely with users to gather requirements, perform 1st level system maintenance and support as well as service Users' change requests.
• Good team-player with excellent communications and interpersonal skills
• Can Administrate & ensuring continuous operation of the system
• Assisting the users in generating the required reports
• Assisting hardware engineer in resolving System relate issues
• Provide advice & information to users on system function
• Able to Gather information from all hospital resources & set the Work flow for patient parallel to system.
• Able to give training to hospital staff including [Doctors, Nurses, Pharmacists, Lab Tech, Public Relation, Medical Records, ect.]
• Find best solution to match the medical staff requirement with applications
Monitoring the software, solving any software problems & bugs if possible & report data base problems.
