Degree in Civil Engineering
3 years experience in Civil Engineering
excellent knowledge in repairing AC and building ware and tear.
valid Kuwait Drivers license
transferable Kuwait 18 visa
Excellent English and Arabic skills
Supervision and implementation of all projects activity in order to optimize production within safety, legislative, environmental and company requirements.
Responsible for maximizing availability of all equipment and thus ensure security of production understanding that the direction of all routine projects activities shall be in line with company operating policies and procedures shall ensure compliance with safety, legislative, environmental and certifying authority requirement.
Responsible for following up the activities of all projects staff to a high loss control in accordance with the company safety regulations and procedures in order to minimize the risk of personal injury, environmental damage, and asset damage.
Regularly review and compliance with safe work systems and projects procedures.
Responsible for nominated role in the board emergency response organization in the event of an emergency, and to take part in all drills and exercises.
Perform a wide variety of general building projects and services.
Follow up planned preventative maintenance program.
Assist in monitoring all work being performed outside contractors.
Responsible for 24-hour emergency service as scheduled.
Responsible for alerting projects manager of any unusual occurrence and/or damage that have taken place or that may occur.
Ensure compliance of all work related activities in a fair, ethical, and consistent manner.
Responsible for the completion of all projects.
Work within expense limits established.
Handling daily administration work and recording system of the department.
Maintain and maintenance of building and HVAC roof motors and fans and replace as needed, clean, grease and paint all equipment used in heating and ventilation.
Motel maintenance supervisor must oversee the property grounds, public areas and the hotel`s gust room and preventative maintenance must be performed to prevent breakdowns in hotel accommodation.
May be on call hours each day if second-or third-shift projects workers are unavailable.
Asst.Manager may be responsible for training junior projects workers in more complicated tasks.
