• Assist the clients, assess the requirements and ensure they are satisfied with the services delivered
• As direct contact person with the guests, the catering coordinator should represent the chocolate bar image at all times
• To follow customer preferences and individuality of orders placed and make sure they get implemented
• Maintains a good public relation with all guests to ensure business growth
• Maintains a database of customers as well as their preferences and usual orders
• Makes sure each item delivered to the guest is compliant with company standards as well as customer requests
• Creative and able to come up with products that will fit the needs and insures repeat purchase of the guest
• Organize events, plan and present food and beverage to guests during private events
• Record and suggest special orders such as chocolate arrangements and specially designed cakes based on customer preferences
• Manage a team of production employees in line with production management
• Make sure each item is picture perfect and adheres with the company quality standards
