Required Project Manager - Central Operations - M.H. Alshaya Co, Kuwait

Manage projects within a given division from concept to completion in accordance with Company Policy and agreed parameters.

Experience:
    Fluent written and verbal English.  Arabic preferred.
    Commercial awareness.
    Retail background.
    Minimum 8 years retail multi store management experience.
    Understanding of supply chain/inventory management
    Thrives in multi cultural environments
    PC literate

Responsibilities:
    Review and analyse project critical information, develop and implement strategies to achieve Business objectives.
    Collate and agree with LP on annual stock take schedule and communicate to brands.
    Follow up with brands on the monthly LP report and make sure all action points are addressed in the time agreed.
    Develop key external and internal relationships to achieve agreed objectives.
    Manage supporting team and provide coaching, mentoring and direction.
    Collate budgeted vs Actual Headcounts in stores
