Required HACCP Management Coordinator - Holiday Inn

Requirements:
With Dubai experience (minimum of 3 years)
Good working knowledge of HACCP program requirements and food safety policies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Verbal and written) as required to conduct training and interact with associates

As an HACCP Management Coordinator, you will prepare a manual for the certification of HACCP and implement it in the hotel. Under the guidance and direction of the Executive Chef, you will complete food safety and pre-requisite program documentation and procedure audits. You will perform internal audits (includes inspection of production area, hygiene, training, documentation and record keeping).
